We were feeling the need to increase the responsibilities on Henry's Job Chart. For some reason hanging up his coat wasn't cuttin' it? So, we asked Henry what he would like to add to his list and he eagerly suggested taking out the garbage. Ben and I thought about it for about one second and said something like well, if you think you can handle it?
Then, with huge smiles on our faces, we grabbed the garbage and then the camera. We needed to document this monumental moment cause we're gonna need proof in about 5 years that this agreement actually existed.
P.S. And if you were wondering if we were smiling out of pride for our wonderful, responsible son you were wrong. We were smiling because we finally got him doing a job around the house that was actually helpful and it was all his idea!
