What do you do when Mommy works way too much in the summer? You plan a Boy's Trip of course!
Ben has been counting the years until Henry was big enough to take on a "real" backpacking trip and that magical year finally arrived! They hiked to Tatoosh Lake near Mt. Rainier. It sounded like quite an adventure complete with catching their dinner, sleeping under the stars, befriending Marmots and getting asthma from hiking so high. Henry is hooked and Ben couldn't be more proud!
Now, I have to think of a Girl's Trip. . .
