We were rockin' in Memphis tonight! Marc Cohn was playing Zoo Tunes at the Woodland Park Zoo! He played a lot from his latest album titled Join the Parade and then classics like "Walking in Memphis" and "Silver Thunderbird". I left wanting to hear more!
I missed the chance to meet my all time favorite musician tonight. For the first time, he was signing copies of his new CD after the show. I raced over to buy one (of course I didn't bring my own copy) and get in line when I discovered that they were only taking CASH!! I never have cash and scrambled through everything, even Henry's pockets. I came up with $13.50, $1.50 short! If only I didn't buy the $4.00, 500 calorie ice cream sandwich!
Lessons learned tonight: always carry the CD to a concert, always carry cash, and don't buy the ice cream sandwich!

That's funny, I saw this on the news tonight and was wondering if you guys were there. What a great night for it. I love how Henry's hand is up his pants in the picture. :)
