So Henry has been begging to do water balloons all day and Ben finally gave in! They filled them up and the rest of the story you all know too well! Henry was first introduced to water balloons on Father's Day and like any boy has fallen in love! You all better watch out the next time you come over--you may get bombarded! P.S.
